Is it possible to email, fax or post you my resume for distribution? |

During the online registration process we take information from you which enables our software match you closely to recruiters. Therefore in order to have your resume distributed, you have to complete your entire registration online, including the uploading of your resume at step 4.
We cannot therefore accept resume's by post, email or fax. |

After completing the registration and clicking on the distribute button, I received a distribution error email. What should I do? |

Please log in at www.e-jobsearch.co.UK then go to the edit profile area.
At step 4 you are able to make sure we have your correct resume and/or upload a new one.
Once you have done this, make sure the change is saved, by moving to the next step.
With your resume now saved, you are not required to do anything else and your resume will be distributed in a few minutes. |

Can I send you my resume via this support system? |

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any registrations through the support system and due to the volume of requests we receive we will be unable to respond to you, if you do.

Log in to your user area and click on the profile button. Here you will be able to set your email alert preferences or close your account. |

I have just clicked the button to distribute my resume, but I need to change some details or upload a different resume. |

Login to your user area and you will be able to update your profile and/or upload a new resume. If the status of your resume distribution is stated as in progress when you make the changes, then the recruiters will receive your updated profile. If you sent your resume instantly, then any recruiters who download your resume will receive the updated version. |

I cannot find a suitable job sector or job title. |

Due to the way we match recruiters to candidates we are unable to add new sectors and job roles. We suggest that you select the sector that most closely matches your requirements. |

Why cant I upload my resume? |
| Ans |
We only accept the following formats for resume's:
Microsoft Word (.doc)
Rich Text Format (.rtf)
HTML (.htm).
Unfortunately we cannot accept resume's as attachments on emails. You can use our free resume builder tool and this will provide you with a correctly formatted resume. |
