All Grade E nurses are responsible for providing skilled nursing without any direct supervision from their senior nurses. These have to be in compliance with the established norms and clinical procedures of the hospital they work in.
The chief duties of these persons include the caring of individual patients, manage all patients from the time of their being admitted into the hospital to their being discharged, initiate prescribed treatments, clinical interventions in response to any/some changes of the patient’s conditions.
