Trainers appointed by the Human Resources are normally those who possess highly qualified traits, are capable of transferring their knowledge and motivating the staff. Trainers should be amicable and intelligent and should know how to relate to the various employees.

Today’s highly demanding jobs involve Human Resources person to be well equipped with a Trainer’s skills and qualifications and Organisations benefit with such dual skills in one person as it works out to be more cost-effective and doubts if any can be resolved immediately. However, where Technical skills are concerned there is no option but to outsource the Trainers with the necessary skills.

An Human Resources person needs to possess a graduate/post graduate degree in Human Resources or a Graduate with a diploma in Human Resources to qualify for a Human Resources job. Trainers for specific skills have to be qualified accordingly to be able to impart their knowledge in an easy to understand programme.

A Trainer’s role is equally vital in an organisation. The management resorts to Trainers for assistance in solving problems and the achievement of their objectives. Trainers are not restricted to only imparting training. They have to appraise the progress of employees and introduce more development programmes pertaining to the need of the hour.

Today, there are special courses to qualify as Trainers though there are persons who with their years of experience in this sector don the mantle of a Trainer successfully.
